Every order is insured in transit. If it’s lost on the way or shows delivered when nothing arrived, we send a new one or refund you. You’re never out of pocket.

We move fast, so if you need to fix an address or cancel, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
